{"id":255,"date":"2017-01-15T12:41:05","date_gmt":"2017-01-15T10:41:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/xn--kamillaskkken-jnb.dk\/?page_id=255"},"modified":"2017-01-15T12:41:05","modified_gmt":"2017-01-15T10:41:05","slug":"nougat-toppe","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/xn--kamillaskkken-jnb.dk\/?page_id=255","title":{"rendered":"Nougat-toppe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Klassisk l\u00e6kkerbidsken til jul &#8211; kr\u00e6ver ordentlig gear til at lave toppen (som vi l\u00e6rte p\u00e5 den h\u00e5rde m\u00e5de)<\/p>\n<p>Ingredienser:<br \/>\n1\/4 liter piskefl\u00f8de (s\u00e5 frisk som mulig)<br \/>\n200 g bl\u00f8d nougat<br \/>\n25-30 sm\u00e5 konfektforme (papir eller metal)<\/p>\n<p>Fl\u00f8den bringes i kog i en lille, god gryde under konstant overv\u00e5gning. Imens sk\u00e6res nougaten i mindre stykker og n\u00e5r fl\u00f8den koger, tils\u00e6ttes nougaten og der r\u00f8res til den er helt opl\u00f8st. H\u00e6ld blandingen over i en passende r\u00f8resk\u00e5l og s\u00e6t den i k\u00f8leskabet i mindst fire timer.<\/p>\n<p>Pisk nougatblandingen med en elpisker i ca. 10 sekunder lige fra k\u00f8leskabet og spr\u00f8jt den straks ud i formene med forh\u00e5ndenv\u00e6rende, dertil indrettet v\u00e6rkt\u00f8j. Det er vigtigt at udspr\u00f8jtningstuden er stjerneformet &#8211; s\u00e5 bliver toppene p\u00e6nest.
