Skalottel\u00f8gene hakkes fint.<\/p>\n<p>Lidt sm\u00f8r smeltes og skalottel\u00f8gene steges uden at branke. Timian og peber tils\u00e6ttes og steger med 1-2 minutter. Tils\u00e6t det mest af bouillonen og pastinakstykkerne og lad dem koge i ca. 15 minutter.<\/p>\n<p>Imens steges svampene af ved medium varme til vandet er g\u00e5et af dem, og s\u00e5 tils\u00e6ttes lidt sm\u00f8r og de steger i 5-10 minutter. Panden koges af med det sidste bouillion og det hele h\u00e6ldes ved pastinakkerne, n\u00e5r de har kogt 15 minutter. Dijon-sennep tils\u00e6ttes og hele m\u00f8llen blendes, enten med stavblender eller i en rigtig blender.<\/p>\n<p>Den blende suppe h\u00e6ldes tilbage i gryden og varmes op med fl\u00f8de.
